How do I return an item?

Return Policy For Products Ordered Incorrectly

Please email sales@royalspeedshop.com to request a RMA number to authorize your return.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • All returns must be in brand new, uninstalled condition.
  • Once a product has been installed, it is non-returnable unless the product is deemed defective. Defective/Damaged products are replaced by the same item.
  • Return shipping will not be reimbursed.
  • Returns are subject to up to 30% restock fee

If exchanging for a different item, we will wait to receive the return before shipping the new item. Or you can purchase the new item to ship right away and your return will be refunded when received.

Return Policy For Products Shipped Incorrectly

If the products received were not the products that were ordered, we will cover all costs to return the incorrect products and reship the correct products.

Return Policy For Apparel

Please email sales@royalspeedshop.com to request a RMA number to authorize your return.
  • If the wrong size, color, or style was purchased, you will be responsible for shipping the product back.
  • If exchanging for a new size, color, or style, we will cover the shipping of the new item. There will be no restock fee if you are exchanging for a new item. However, returning the item for a refund may incur up to a 20% restock fee.
If exchanging for a different item, we will wait to receive the return before shipping the new item. Or you can purchase the new item to ship right away and your return will be refunded when received.

Warranties

All warranties must be approved by the manufacturer of the product. Please email sales@royalspeedshop.com to initiate the warranty process.

Electrical Products

We do not allow returns on electrical items. If the product is defective, contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

Special Finished Products

All special finished products (i.e. chrome, polished, painted, etc.) should be thoroughly inspected before installation. All dents, scratches, and blemishes need to be reported immediately.

Once installed, the products are not returnable unless manufacturing defects are discovered from installation, such as fitment issues. This does not apply to scratches and blemishes, which need to be reported BEFORE installation.

Special Order Products

Special order parts/accessories are non-returnable. Any special order parts/accessories may require a deposit prior to ordering. Deposits are non-refundable.
